  • you know those times when your head tells you one thing, other people all tell you another thing, and your heart tells you yet another thing... is there ever a clear answer as to who to listen to?

    Who gives the best advice?

Or perhaps the answer is more along the lines of which advice will you not regret following in the future?

Maybe there can be a weighted average.

    30% head, 30% other ppl, 40% heart.

we're always told to follow our heart right, but if your head and other people agree, then it can temper the heart in the right situations. how's that?

*addendum - let's not leave out God. But sometimes God isn't always clear. It's like He gives you room to make a choice. However, I agree that all important decisions should be put before Him, and if He is clear, it should be followed. (barring some odd psycho interpreting God's will as something rather scary) But for the sake of the discussion above, let's say that God is allowing you to make the choice.

  • I've decided to add to my xanga whenever I hear a memorable quote. And then you the reading public can just guess at who it could be that said it.

Unless otherwise stated, these quotes come from current or past members of ATPC.

Person A: "There's faith, and then there's stupidity."

Person B: "What? You have to pay to be homeless?" [In reference to a poverty simulation program]
